This is a combination of my open parties and private parties.

TICKET PRICE... $25.00 Per person.

STUDIO GROUP SIZE... minimum -- 4 guests; maximum 12 guests. Don't meet the minimum? No worries!! In the event the party is less than 4 guests, it will be considered private lessons at the rate of $35 per person.

THE HOST/HOSTESS IS RESPONSIBLE FOR...

• Inviting the guests and making sure they know the party start time.
• Host/hostess will work with me to choose a painting for the group. There are some options here on the website. Don't see one that inspires your group? Get a personalized painting for your group. I will discuss theme keywords and ideas and create a new painting for you for only $25 more. 
• Collecting cash or check payments and submitting payment to me no later than one week before the event. Hostess benefits will be void for payments that are late, without prior notification and approval. 
• Please arrive on time. I try to start within 15 min of party time. 
• Wine & refreshments are welcome (some hosts/hostesses ask each guest to bring something to share) You may arrive up to 30 min before your party start time to decorate and set up refreshments.
• No refunds. Hostess is responsible for communicating this to guests. Once paid, the host/hostess can shuffle the tickets among guests or add new guests, at their convenience, if a guest can't attend
• No reschedules, except in cases of severe weather or true emergencies

• The studio. It will be all set up with covered tables, chairs and supplies.

Terms:

 *If the payment is late without prior notification by the host/hostess and approval by Rachel Miller, hostess benefits are void.   If an allowance is made and the payment is not received before the party date, without prior notification and approval, the party will be canceled without reschedule.

*Pictures will be taken at the the event and shared on this website and social media. By attending, you agree to be photographed.
